Easy peasy recipe: a red smoothie.

Christmas is here, which means parties with family, decorations, lights, presents and loadtrucks full of food. I personally overeat quite a bit during the Holiday season, so here's a lighter snack that still has a Christmas-appropriate colour!


Ingredients: A pre-cooked beetroot, a banana, and an orange. Simply blend them together and you'll get a gorgeous red smoothie. I used the beetroot because I heard it's good to help fight acne. This comes with a good amount of nutrients, but note that this smoothie is relatively sugary. That's why I like having it after having gone for a run.
