Easy peasy recipe: buckwheat crepes.

It's been a long time since I posted an easy peasy recipe as I've been eating the same foods quite a lot, and dinner is usually either not inspirational at all or not easy enough to qualify for an easy peasy recipe. But lately I've been making dairy-free buckwheat crepes every now and then, so it's high time to share that recipe! As buckwheat contains no gluten, these crepes are also gluten-free.

A review: CD deodorant.

Somewhere towards the end of 2014 I posted a review of alverde deodorant, which was accompanied by a long story of how my sisters and I went to shop in Germany. Back then, I got two deodorants, and now I've finally come round to testing the other one too! So here's a review of CD deodorant "Glücksgefuhl".

It is no secret that I'm not very good at fashion. I barely post outfits because a) my outfits are not that special, and b) I don't like asking other people to take pictures for me. But I do want to show you two of my favourite fashion items of the moment. And no, I'm not referring to a left shoe and a right shoe as two separate items.

The wintertime DIY: Bath melts.

So in the previous blogpost I mentioned how I got inspired to do this DIY whilst I was bathing. I usually shower, but when I do bathe I often take a glass of milk with a few drops of some essential oil with me. The milk helps to spread the oil in the water and conditions the skin. But on Saturday I added a bit of coconut oil to the mix for extra soft skin, and it worked like a charm! I'd seen bath melt DIY's before, and I came up with my very own recipe! So I made a small batch of bath melts, tested one and love them!

Journey to minimalist running: 3 to 4k.

Lately, I've been very motivated for going for runs and I enjoy them more - or in all honesty dread them less - than I did before. Doing three runs per week means I can increase the distance with 600m every week! I've worked my way up to 4 - FOUR!- k in my minimal shoes already! In anther week and a half I'll have reached my goal of running 5k in them, but first let us take a look at how the journey from 3 to 4k has been.

Journey to minimalist running: 2 to 3k.

In the past week and a half I've been running often and I've reached 3k in my minimalist shoes now! A couple more weeks and I'll be able to run my usual milage in them. Let me tell you how my short runs have been!

New Year's resolutions.

Last year I wrote down my resolutions. I only made two of them, but I think it's better not to make too many and stick to those than to make dozens and not stick to them. Let's see what's become of last year's resolutions and make some new ones!
